Difference Between a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) and a Pre-Employment Assessment

We provide clear recommendations based on an individual’s physical capabilities, ensuring a safe and sustainable return to full duties or alternative duties. This comprehensive 4-hour assessment includes a detailed review of medical history, in-depth testing, and behavioural analysis, making it ideal for managing complex cases.
Workhab Software is used to analyse data and generate a detailed, comprehensive report at the conclusion of testing. Ongoing support and case management sessions are available to review the results in depth with the evaluating therapist and inform workplace decisions.
