WORKPLACE SERVICES
ON-SITE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Our Health & Wellness Programs are designed to cater to your company's goals/ targets and employee requirements. Whether that be to improve work fitness, encourage a healthy eating plan or injury prevention.
These programs allow your staff to access health professional services on-site, including; physiotherapy, exercise physiology, massage therapy and diet advice.
The program provides ongoing support with monthly newsletters, safety meeting topic talks, email support and information days.
ON-SITE WORKPLACE ASSESSMENTS
Our highly trained therapists will come to your workplace to investigate areas of concern that may be a risk factor for injuries in the workplace.
Whether you work in an office or at an underground gold mine, there is no substitute for seeing the 'real thing' and the worker on the job.
Task Analysis are conducted onsite by our qualified therapists, and are a common work practice to identify job requirements e.g. lifting capacities, working postures. Without these job task analysis it is very difficult to match a worker to a job, based on the Pre Employment Assessment outcomes.
FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATION
In-depth assessment and recommendations of an individual worker's capabilities to return to normal duties after an injury or significant time off work.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENT
Brief assessment of the worker's ability to meet job requirements. We conduct our own assessments with our screening tool, however, we are happy to complete your preferred assessment e.g. Jobfit, Kinetic Health etc.
