Injury Prevention Training Sessions - Charters Towers

This Sunday 25th May 9am - 10:30am, we will be running our Warm Up Injury Prevention Program. These sessions are FREE to attend and will focus on correct training techniques for young athletes to reduce ankle sprains, cruciate ligament damage and common sprains and strains.
This program is research based and has been proven to decrease training and match sustained injuries significantly. So this is a call out to all coaches, personal trainers, athletes, parents, teachers and trainers. Don't miss this opportunity!!!
